You may have noticed some workers in the community drawing colorful lines, digging holes, mounting cameras, and conducting other various activities. This is all part of the HOA’s security system upgrade.
While we had cameras at the main entrance and pool area in the past, the security system is being expanded to cover all community entrances (including Lamoka Drive and Killarney Terrace) as well as all three playground areas. This will entail erecting poles for the cameras in some areas.
This upgraded system, in addition to our patrolling officer, is designed to protect the people and property in the Chapel Grove Community.
