At the last HOA board meeting, the board voted to update the interior of the Chapel Hill pool house with new paint, tiling, lighting, and fixtures. As a result, in the near future you will see contractors working at the pool house. The renovation work should take approximately four weeks to complete.
ProCom and the board are also meeting with contractors to discuss future work on the exterior of the pool house, including replacing some of the concrete around the pool.
We hope to have all of this work completed in time for the reopening of the pool on Memorial Day weekend.
