At last month’s HOA Board of Directors meeting, the Board voted to establish a three-member Covenants Committee to review and approve architectural applications. While some of the more complex applications may still require a full board vote, the new committee was designed to improve the timeliness of feedback to owners and, to the extent possible, approve applications between meetings.
The board members on this new Covenants Committee are Jonnette Fisher (Chair), Kelly Harris, and Walter Bayer. They are already hard at work reaching out to owners on various pending projects.
