Timely Payments
Chapel Grove HOA assessments are due by the 1st of every month. Payments should be sent/scheduled at least 5 business days prior to the due date to be applied on time.
If Assessments are received after the 15th of the month, an administration fee of $12 added to the homeowner’s assessment. (The administration fee pays for the labor, materials, printing, and postage of the letter that goes out to homeowners when payments are received late.)
HOA Assessments (Dues, Fees, and other Charges) must be paid in full every month to avoid additional charges.
